The Tulsa Oilers continue their amazing success as they enter their third season in the Central Hockey League. Few other teams in minor-league hockey filled their arena like the Tulsa Oilers did in the 1993-1994 season. The Oilers have gone from 1,500 season ticket holders in 1992-93 to over 3,900 prior to the 94-95 campaign. The Oilers saw over 250,000 fans in the Tulsa Convention Center last year boasting 21 sellouts. The Oilers' success off of the ice has been equalled only by their success on the ice. The team beat their number one rival, Oklahoma City Blazers, to win the CHL Championship their first year, and went to the final series last year. The Central Hockey League season runs from late November through March, with the playoffs in April. The Tulsa Oilers are always at the top of the Central Hockey League in attendance, corporate sales, and of course...on the ice!
